The middle floor has two 3-bedroom, one double room with a sofa bed for twoadditional people, the main kitchen and a large group / meeting room with a balconyand seating for up to 34 people.
The middle floor is conditioned Wheelchair accessible.

Note: Both, the middle and the lower floor have a ground floor entrance.
The middle floor contains the main terrace (60 sqm) with barbecue corner, that can be used even during rain. Access is via the main entrance or directly from the kitchen.

The Ground Floor has direct access to three small terraces a big garden with trees and a small river. The terraces are accessible through the entrance of the apartment or directly  from room 14.

Ground Floor


The lower floor is separated from the staircase. With a separate entrance, this can also be used as separate apartment. 
This offers a choice of 3 or 4 rooms, kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
In the living room (Z14) has a sofa bed for another two beds.
